The Best Time to Charter a Yacht in Boka Bay

Boka Bay's charter season runs roughly late April through early October, but each month has a distinct personality. Here is how we advise Beli's Marine guests to pick their week.

May — Quiet coves, cool water

Air temperatures sit between 20 and 25°C; the sea is still 18–20°C. Marinas are calm, prices are lowest of the season, and the light is soft — ideal for photographers and repeat guests who already know the bay.

Book a motor yacht with heated interiors if you plan overnight cruising this early.

June — The sweet spot

Water climbs above 23°C, days are long, and the bay is busy but not crowded. This is the month most of our returning clients target for family charters and small events.

July & August — Peak Adriatic

Water hits 26°C, Blue Cave tours run every 30 minutes, and Porto Montenegro fills with megayachts. Book 6–8 weeks ahead, especially weekends.

September — Insider month

Warm sea, fewer tenders, and the vineyard-side towns like Perast open up again. Our concierge team's personal favourite window for private charters.
