How sourcing works
Brief in, shortlist out
Budget, length, use case, berth. We search the Montenegrin, Croatian and Italian market and come back with a shortlist that actually fits — not everything that matches a filter.
Inspected before you travel
We view candidate boats in person, photograph what listings leave out, and flag the ones not worth your flight.
Negotiation & survey
We negotiate the price, arrange an independent surveyor and sea trial, and translate the findings into leverage.
Import, flag and berth
VAT status, registration, berth allocation in Boka Bay and delivery — handled through our logistics desk.
