Listings and prices

All boats, charters, tours and products are offered subject to availability and prior sale. Specifications, photography, engine hours and equipment lists are provided in good faith from owner and manufacturer information and are indicative only — they do not form part of any contract. Prices shown include our brokerage margin and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Brokerage

Beli’s Marine acts as an intermediary between buyer and seller. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own survey, sea trial and independent legal or tax advice. Each transaction is governed by the separate written agreement signed by the parties.

Charter, tours and deposits

Charter and tour bookings are confirmed only once we confirm them in writing and any agreed deposit is received. Departures depend on weather, sea state and the skipper’s judgement; where a trip cannot safely run we will reschedule or refund the deposit. Guests must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.

Beli’s Essentials

Products marked “coming soon” are not yet for sale and no order is created by registering interest. Product photography and descriptions belong to their respective manufacturers and are used with permission.

Intellectual property

The Beli’s Marine name, logo, texts and original photography belong to Beli’s Marine. Third-party brand and product material remains the property of its owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information published here.
