• Enquiry content — the boat, tour or product you are interested in, requested dates and any notes you add to a form or message.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare quotes and viewing or charter arrangements, to complete a brokerage transaction and its paperwork, and to improve the website. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Sharing

Data is shared only where a transaction requires it — for example a boat owner, marina, skipper, surveyor or payment provider — and with the service providers that host this website and process our messages. Where WhatsApp, email or Instagram are used to contact us, those providers process the message under their own terms.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.

Your rights
